As a novice to all things holistic healing in nature, Ann made understanding and practicing easier than I would have thought possible. I have worked with her multiple times and have never had a negative experience and always feel better for it.
If you feel like conventional doctors or practices aren't helping or are willing to try something new in general, I would highly recommend trying to get some energy work or chakra alignment work done.
